In the centre of the city, very convenient. Plenty of bars and restaurants around with delicious food. Really nice stay during the Easter holidays, no complaints whatsoever.

Well-maintained family-friendly hotel with patient and attentive staff on reception desk. Secluded location, within a close distance from Dino Park Water Park. Walking distance to small supermarkets and a small supermarket across the street. Very clean restaurant which self-served the 3 daily meals.

I had an incredible time at this luxurious hotel. The location just outside of the main area was perfect for a peaceful and relaxing getaway. The hotel is nestled in lovely landscaped gardens, providing a tranquil ambiance. The service here was top-notch, from the friendly and helpful staff to the efficient housekeeping. The room amenities were impressive, with air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a balcony offering stunning views. I particularly enjoyed the beautiful outdoor swimming pool and the sun terrace, perfect for lounging and enjoying the sunshine. The hotel also offered a range of entertainment options, including live entertainment and a game room, ensuring there was always something fun to do.

We booked it before and strongly recommend it to everyone. This accommodation had a secluded setting efficient in the restaurant.

The resort is meticulously clean, with impeccably maintained grounds. The staff is incredibly polite and helpful, providing excellent service. The all-inclusive package includes delicious food and drinks. The rooms are surprisingly spacious and the layout of the hotel offers privacy. The location offers stunning views of the ocean and volcano.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were warm and welcoming, always with a smile on their face, and were the best aspect of this hotel. The hotel facilities were great; with a spacious room and lovely little veranda, it felt like a home away from home. Cleanliness was impeccable, and I particularly enjoyed the breakfast with a good variety of tasty Canarian dishes. Transportation to the city was fast and easy with a short taxi ride away.

The hotel is situated in a peaceful location with lovely sea views and a warm pool. Though it's a 17-minute walk to the nearest shops and restaurants, the calm and tranquil surroundings can be worth it. Guests can expect modern and clean rooms, tasty food, and helpful staff.

One of the minor downsides is spotty housekeeping with a lack of turn-down service.

The food was excellent with a wide variety of choices, and the restaurant staff were professional and attentive. The rooms were modern, clean, and comfortable, with a great balcony that had a lovely view.- The grounds of the hotel were well-maintained, with beautiful plants adding to the atmosphere.

The pools were not heated, which made swimming a bit chilly. The pool towel deposit and exchange fee seemed unnecessary and a bit pricey.

We had a great family holiday at this hotel, located in or near to the centre of the resort. The room was spacious and stylish, with a lovely terrace offering views of the surrounding area. The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of choices and fresh options. We also enjoyed the location of the hotel, as it was a short walk to Playa Flamingo beach which is absolutely lovely.

The evening choices for dinner could have been improved with more local Spanish/Canarian dishes.

Jaw-dropping views, super nice apartments, mind-blowing breakfast pancakes, walking distance to beach and 40 minutes to main centre, great hiking spot nearby, pool bar with live music.

They had a ton of awesome activities for us to choose from, like water sports, deep-sea diving, and quad bikes. The wave-pool was so sick, and the Aquapark was a blast for all the young peeps. Plus, the location was perfect, right near the beautiful Dunes of Maspalomas for some sick nature vibes.

The only thing we would've asked for is a better nightlife scene for us young party animals. You know, like some cool clubs or music events to keep the fun going after the sun goes down.

The staff were friendly and helpful, meals were delicious and diverse, spacious rooms with great facilities, beautiful ocean and volcano views.
